BAKED VEGGIES 
2 c. celery
1 c. onion
1 c. green pepper
2 c. carrots
1 c. tomato (if using canned tomato use the liquid also)
2 c. green beans, frozen
4 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. tapioca
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut celery, onion, green pepper and carrots into small bite size pieces. Add tomatoes and green beans. Set aside. Mix together butter, sugar, tapioca, salt and pepper. Add this mixture to vegetables and toss lightly. Put in a 9 x 13 pan nd bake for 2 hours.
