CHEESELESS CHEESECAKE 
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, in own juice
2 pkg. unflavored gelatin
6 tsp. or 3 pkg. sugar substitute, suitable for baking
1/2 c. boiling water
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 tsp. butter flavoring
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/3 c. dry milk

Drain pineapple and set aside. In bowl with pineapple juice, sprinkle gelatin, sugar substitute and boiling water. Mix until gelatin is dissolved. Add vanilla, butter flavoring and lemon juice. Put into the blender and blend about 2 minutes. Add dry milk and blend 1 minute more. Add the pineapple. Put mixture into an 8 inch pie plate that is sprayed with a vegetable spray. Refrigerate until firm.
