ARTICHOKE SALAD 
1 pkg. chicken Rice-a-Roni mix
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. curry powder
Dash hot sauce
2 (6 oz.) jars marinated artichoke hearts, finely chopped (reserve marinade)
6-8 green onions, chopped (including tops)
12 stuffed green olives, sliced (or black)
1/2 green pepper, chopped

Prepare Rice-a-Roni according to package directions, omitting butter but spraying pan with non-stick vegetable oil. Cool mixture in refrigerator. Meanwhile combine mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, curry powder, hot sauce with reserved marinade and mix well. When rice is cool, combine with onions, olives, green pepper and artichokes. Pour mayonnaise mixture over all and stir well. Chill several hours or overnight.
