OLIVE LOAF EGG SALAD 
2 eggs
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
6 pimiento stuffed olives, diced
1 1/2 tbsp. mayonnaise

1. Boil eggs 10 minutes, cool in freezer 5 minutes.

2. Dice olives.

3. Remove shell and slice eggs.

4. In medium size bowl put eggs, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, olives, mayonnaise with fork, mash and mix ingredients together.

5. Cover and let stand in refrigerator until ready for serving or serve immediately.

6. As sandwich, toast bread lightly. Serves 3.
