EGG & OLIVE SANDWICH 
12 slices white bread
6 hard boiled eggs
18 olives
6 level tbsp. mayonnaise

Boil eggs hard and chop; do not grind. Cut olives in quarters. Add to chopped eggs and mayonnaise. Mix lightly. Spread on white bread. Cut in 1/3 makes 18 finger sandwiches.
