BRUNCH EGG CASSEROLE 
4 c. croutons
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
8 eggs, slightly beaten
4 c. milk or light cream
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. onion powder
8 slices bacon, cooked crisp, crumbled

Butter 9x13 baking dish. Combine croutons with cheese. Place into baking dish.

Combine eggs milk, salt, pepper, mustard, onion powder. Pour over the crouton- cheese mixture. Cook bacon until crisp. Cool and crumble bacon. Sprinkle bacon over casserole and bake until set, approximately 55-60 minutes at 350 degrees. Recipe may be cut in half. Delicious served with muffins and fruit.
