ANGEL CAKE WITH FRUIT TOPPING 
1 angel food cake
1 (6 oz.) can concentrate orange juice
Juice of 2 cans (#2 1/2 can) peaches
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. sugar
2 heaping tbsp. cornstarch

Mix a little peach juice with the cornstarch and cook until thick. Cool and add sliced peaches (2 cans) and add 1 can drained mandarin oranges. Spoon over angel food cake slices and top with whipped cream.
