ANGEL FOOD CAKE - FRUIT TOPPING 
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, juice included

Mix and refrigerate.

1 pkg. angel food cake mix made according to box directions or a bakery cake

While cake is cooling, mix 2 cups Cool Whip and 1 teaspoon vanilla with the pineapple mixture. Cut cake in half lengthwise and spread Cool Whip mixture between layers, top and outside of cake. This recipe makes enough to frost entire cake and is a quick dessert.
