MANGO MOUSSE | |
2 ripe mangoes, peeled and coarsely chopped (2 1/2 cups) 1/2 cup low fat yogurt 1 small banana 3 drops vanilla extract 3 ice cubes 4 sprigs mints, garnish 4 slices kiwi, garnish Place the mangoes in a blender with yogurt, banana, vanilla and ice. Blend on low, then medium speed until smooth. Remove any large pieces of ice that might remain. Place the mixture in shallow sherbet dishes and garnish with mint sprigs and a slice of kiwi. Serve at once. Serves 4. |
