MACARONI AND CHEESE 
6 c. water
2 c. macaroni
3 (8 oz.) New York sharp cheese, grated
3 eggs
2 c. milk
Paprika
butter

Boil water, sprinkle a little salt in water. After the water comes to a boil, add macaroni. Let it cook until tender. Rinse well in cool water. Use casserole dish (13 x 9 inches). Grease with butter all sides and bottom of dish. After you rinse macaroni, drain well. Place macaroni in greased dish, one layer macaroni; next layer cheese. Continue until dish is filled. Be sure to put plenty of cheese. Top layer should be a lot of cheese.

Beat eggs well. Add milk to eggs. Mix well. Pour mixture over macaroni. Milk mixture should cover macaroni. Slice butter, put on top of cheese. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes or until it's solid but not dry.
