CHICKEN A LA KITCHEN SINK 
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 c. sliced onions
1 c. sliced mushrooms (optional)
1 clove crushed garlic
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 bay leaf
1 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. honey
1 lg. skinless/boneless chicken breast
1 tbsp. mustard
1 tbsp. catsup

Clean and tenderize chicken breasts and slice into slivers about 1 inch thick. In large frying pan on medium high, heat oil, onions and garlic. Simmer until onions are cooked. Add spices and let simmer. Add chicken pieces, Worcestershire sauce, honey, mustard and catsup. While meat is cooking, prepare remainder of meal. You can serve with peas and other vegetables, either add to pan and cook together or separately.

Serve with rice or noodles.
