8 med. potatoes
3 med. onions
Salt & pepper if desired or seasoning blend
Sauteed pork scraps, if desired

Slice potatoes and onions. Saute in small amount of butter (if not using pork scraps). Cover with hot water and simmer until cooked. Can be served with franks or sliced meats.
