POTATO SOUP 
6 med. potatoes
8 chicken bouillon cubes
8 c. water
1 carrot
Onion, sauteed in butter
1 tbsp. salt
Dash white pepper
Parsley

Cook on low 20 minutes to 1 hour. Add 2 cups of half and half (or 1 cup milk and 1 cup cream). Heat and eat!
