POTATO BAKE 
1 lb. frozen hash browns (thawed)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 lb. sour cream
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. diced onion (sauteed in butter)

Mix all the above ingredients together and place in oblong pan. Top with 2 to 3 cups of crushed corn flakes mixed with 1 stick of butter. Bake 1 hour at 375 degrees.
