CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
6 chicken thighs or breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. cooking sherry
Sm. can sliced mushrooms, drained

Use 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and 1/2 cup of water in place of sherry.

Roll chicken pieces in flour and place in casserole dish. Spread the mushrooms over chicken.

Mix the can soup and cooking sherry together and pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes then turn chicken and spoon the soup over it and cover with foil and cook 30 minutes more or until done.
