ELAIN'S CORN CASSEROLE 
3 chicken pieces (legs, thigh, breasts), boiled
1 can corn
1 onion, chopped
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped

Put onions in chicken broth, boil a few minutes. Don't throw broth away; use with all ingredients. 1 box of Stove Top Stuffing, 2 potatoes cut real thin.

Mix all ingredients with onions in chicken broth; pour in a 13 x 9 x 2 casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are done.

NOTE: Spray pan with Pam.
