MEXICAN CHICKEN SUISA 
Time to prepare: 30 minutes. Cooking time: 30 minutes. Oven temperature: 350 degrees. Servings: 6-10.

2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 pt. sour cream
1 can chopped green chilies
1 c. cooked (or canned) chicken, cubed
1 sm. can sliced black olives
1 doz. flour tortillas
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. chopped green onions

1. Combine soup, sour cream, chilies, chicken and olives. Warm over low heat (about 10 minutes).

2. Fill flour tortillas with about 2 tablespoonfuls of sauce mixture. Roll and place in 9 x 13 inch pan.

3. Cover with any extra sauce.

4. Bake for 20 minutes.

5. Cover with Cheddar cheese and cook for another 10 minutes.

6. Sprinkle with green onions just before serving.
