MEXICAN CHICKEN 
1 bag Doritos
1 chicken, cooked, cut in pieces
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup
1 can milk
Shredded cheese

Lightly spray 9x13 baking dish. Crush Doritos and layer on bottom of dish. Layer cut up chicken on top of Doritos. In separate bowl mix Rotel tomatoes, cream soup and milk. Pour over chicken. Add shredded cheese on top. I use cheddar and Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes; covered.
