PIZZA NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. Italian sausage
4 cans tomato sauce
4 oz. water
1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Diced onion to taste
1 tbsp. oregano
1 box (16 oz.) shells
3/4 lb. Mozzarella

Remove casing from sausage and brown the sausage. Drain. Add the tomato sauce, water, garlic salt, onion and the oregano to the sausage. Simmer 1/2 hour. Cook shells - drain and rinse. Add the noodles and the Mozzarella cheese to sauce. Bake in greased 9x13 pan 20-25 minutes at 325.
