PISTACHIO CAKE 
1 box pistachio instant pudding mix
3/4 c. oil
3/4 c. water plus 1 tbsp.
1 white cake mix
4 eggs

Mix all ingredients together. Put in greased pan. Bake 35 minutes. Remove from oven. Take a fork and punch holes in top of cake while cake is still hot.

GLAZE:

4 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. water
2 c. powdered sugar

Mix well. Spread on cake, return to oven for 5 minutes longer. Very Good!
