SWEET AND TANGY CHICKEN
(MICROWAVE)
 
2 1/2 to 3 1/2 lb. chicken, cut up
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1/2 c. Russian Dressing
1 c. apricot pineapple preserves

In 12 x 8 x 2 inch dish, arrange chicken with thickest pieces on outside. Mix all remaining ingredients. Spread over and coat each piece. Cover with wax paper. Microwave high 18 to 22 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
