SWEET-N-TANGY CHICKEN 
6 chicken breasts, boned and skinned butter
3/4 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper

In a heavy ovenproof skillet saute chicken in butter until brown on both sides. Place in the skillet breast side up. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Place chicken on a hot platter. Add sour cream to the skillet and scrape the skillet. Add the honey and dijon mustard, serve hot over the chicken, salt and pepper to taste.
