1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. nuts
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
Lg. Cool Whip
4 oz. chocolate pudding mix

For first layer, bake flour, butter and nuts in 9 x 13 inch glass baking dish at 350 degrees 12 to 15 minutes. Cool before putting second layer on. For second layer, mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1/2 of large Cool Whip. Put on top of first layer. For third layer, put in chocolate pudding mix (may substitute other flavors). For fourth layer, use rest of Cool Whip. Chill.
