CHOCOLATE OR LEMON LUSH | |
First Mixture. 1 stick butter or 1/2 c. melted 1 c. flour 2 tbsp. sugar 1/3 c. nutmeats Second Mixture. 1 (8 oz.) Pkg. philly cream cheese (softened) 1 c. powdered sugar 1/2 carton 9 oz. cool whip Third Mixture. 2 boxes instant Jello pudding (chocolate or lemon) 3 c. milk Put first mixture into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 15 to 18 minutes 350 degree oven. Let cool. Second mixture: Mix sugar with cream cheese, then add cool whip. Put on top of first mixture when it cools. Third mixture: Mix 2 regular size boxes Jello instant pudding mix (chocolate or lemon) with 3 c. milk. Put on top of second mixture. Put the other 1/2 corton cool whip on top. Set in refrigerator overnight or can serve the same day if made early. |
