MINIATURE QUICHE 
1 can butterflake dinner rolls
Tiny shrimp or ham or bacon
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 c. light cream
1 tbsp. brandy
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 1/2 oz. grated Swiss cheese

Separate individual layers of butterflake dinner rolls and press into greased small muffin tins. Place 2 or 3 tiny shrimp, ham, or bacon in bottom of tin.

Mix together egg, cream, brandy, salt and pepper. Spoon 2 teaspoons of this mixture in each shell over meat or shrimp. Spread grated Swiss on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 3 dozen.
