PIZZA ROLL 
2 (1 lb.) loaves frozen or homemade bread dough
1 1/2 c. spaghetti sauce or pizza sauce
3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. pepperoni
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
Sliced black olives

Can vary these ingredients to taste. Thaw loaves, if frozen. Roll out each loaf on lightly floured surface to about 15 inches in diameter. Spread half of the spaghetti sauce in center of each. Sprinkle with each with 1 1/2 cups cheese. Top with equal portions of remaining ingredients. Roll up tightly, pinch seams together to seal. Brush lightly with beaten egg white or melted butter. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Slice into serving size pieces.
