BANANA NUT PUDDING 
1 c. Brazil nuts
1 egg white
3 tbsp. sugar
1 pkg. strawberry gelatin
2 c. water
2 bananas

Put nuts through finest blade of chopper. Beat egg whites stiff, add sugar gradually. Add nuts; mix. Smooth thin on 7"x11" pan; bake in 450 degree oven for 5 to 8 minutes. Cool. Prepare gelatin according to package directions; chill syrupy; beat fluffy. Slice bananas and add. Chill until firm. Serve on squares of nutty pastry. Serves 4.
