CITRON SHRIMP 
1 1/2 tbsp. cognac
2 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 lemon, juiced
1 orange, juiced
1 tsp. freshly grated orange peel
1 lb. lg. shrimp, cooked, peeled & deveined

In a small bowl, combine cognac, honey, oil, juices, and peel; mix well. Pour mixture over shrimp and marinate in refrigerator for 2 hours. Serve as an appetizer or side dish garnished with orange slices.
