BANANA BREAD 
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
2 eggs
3 or 4 bananas
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts

Cream sugar and butter; add eggs. Beat well. Add bananas and lemon juice. Sift flour. Stir in nuts.

Bake in greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan at 350°F about 1 hour or until done.
