VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 lg. pkg. frozen vegetables
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. salad dressing
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. water chestnuts, sliced

Combine all together. Top with 1 package saltines crushed and mix with one stick butter. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
