MARINATED FLANK STEAK 
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1/3 c. soy sauce
3 tbsp. honey
3 tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 tsp. ground ginger
1 green onion, chopped
1 lg. garlic clove, minced
1 (1 -1 1/2 lb.) flank steak

Combine all ingredients. Pour marinade over steak. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Grill to desired doneness. Slice thin across grain and enjoy.
