MARINATED FLANK STEAK 
MARINADE:

2/3 c. oil
1 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/3 c. soy sauce
1 tsp. ginger

Combine above ingredients; mix well. Marinade steak overnight in the refrigerator in shallow dish, turning and piercing with fork occasionally. Pour off marinade; grill or broil steak until done as desired. Heat marinade. Slice steak; pour marinade over steak and serve.
