Butter sides and bottom of 4" high spring cake pan. Dust generously with graham cracker crumbs.

In a bowl cream: 2 (8 oz.) pkgs. Philadelphia cream cheese 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. vanilla

Add 4 large eggs, one at a time, and beat well. Pour into prepared cake pan and bake 30 to 35 minutes in 350 degree oven until knife inserted into center comes out clean.

When done, take from oven and quickly cover with mixture of: 4 tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla

Then bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Leave in pan until cool. Then decorate top with either sliced strawberries or whole berries. Cover with a thin coat of strawberry Jello, which is thickened, but not set, all over. Refrigerate.
