QUICK LUNCH 
2 pkg. Ramen noodles
1 med. onion
8 mushrooms
1 clove garlic
1 tomato
1 c. broccoli flowerets
Parsley
Salt & pepper
1 tsp. oil

1. Boil Ramen noodles 5 minutes.

2. Chop onions, saute 5 minutes in oil.

3. Chop garlic. Add to onions.

4. Slice mushrooms, add to pan.

5. Add broccoli to pan.

6. Chop tomato, stir into veggies, 2-3 minutes.

7. Drain noodles, cover with veggies.

8. Salt and pepper to taste.

9. Sprinkle parsley on top.
