CROWNED PORK CHOPS 
4 to 6 pork chops (do not brown)
1 egg, beaten
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
2 tbsp. Mazola oil
1 to 1 1/2 c. soda cracker crumbs, depending on consistency of cream corn
1 (16.5 oz.) can cream style corn
2 tbsp. minced onion; may also add some chopped green pepper, if desired

Mix above ingredients well. Place divided portions on each chop. Pan size will vary with size of chops. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes, depending on size and thickness of chops. Serves 4 to 6.
