WILD RICE CHEESE SOUP | |
1 c. wild rice (uncooked) 1/2 lb. bacon 1/2 onion, chopped 1 lb. Velveeta cheese (diced) 1 qt. half and half 2 cans cream of potato soup Boil and simmer rice until done. Fry bacon and crumble up. Fry onions. Add all ingredients in a pot or slow cooker and heat until warm. |
