ANGEL FOOD WHIPPED CREAM CAKE 
1 angel food cake mix

Prepare cake according to package instructions. Cool. Place cake upside down and slice off 1 inch of entire top of cake. Set aside.

Cut into cake 1 inch from inner and outer edges. Gently remove some of cake within cuts. In chilled bowl beat 2 cups whipping cream, 1 cup confectioners sugar, 1/2 cup cocoa, and a pinch of salt until stiff. Spoon some of mixture into cake cavity. Replace top of cake and frost with remaining whipped cream mixture. Chill at least 4 hours or until set.
