KING RANCH CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 sm. pkg. tortillas (corn or flour)
1 chicken, cooked, deboned
1 chopped onion
1 chopped green pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes with chilies
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1/4 c. grated cheese

Grease casserole. Dip tortilla in chicken broth, break up and put in bottom of casserole. Put chicken on top of tortillas. Saute onion and pepper in 1 tablespoon butter. Mix ingredients, except cheese, and pour over chicken. Top with cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven and bake about 30 minutes.
