MARINATED CARROTS "COPPER
PENNIES"
 
2 cans sliced carrots, drained
1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
1 green pepper, diced
3 sm. onions, sliced in rings
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. salad oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard, optional

Mix and marinate 24 hours. Stir occasionally.
