MARINATED VEGGIES 
Cauliflower pieces
Slices of peppers (green, red, yellow)
Cherry tomatoes
Black pitted olives
Carrots, sliced or whole baby
Radishes
Broccoli flowerets
1 1/2 c. oil
2/3 c. white vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. basil leaves
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Blend together sauce ingredients. Cut cauliflower in pieces and soak overnight in marinade. Next day add other vegetables of your choice and serve.
