BREAKFAST PIZZA | |
1 lb. sausage 2 pkgs. pizza crust mix or refrigerator pizza dough 1 1/2 c. hash brown potatoes 1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, grated 5 eggs 1/4 c. milk 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper Mushrooms, optional Cook sausage until browned; drain. Place pizza dough on 2 lightly greased pizza pans, making slight edge all around. Spoon sausage over crust. Sprinkle with potatoes. Top with mushroom if used and cheese. In a bowl beat together the eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pout onto pizzas. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. |
