BREAKFAST PIZZA 
1 lb. turkey or pork sausage
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 can crescent dinner rolls
8-10 eggs
1 lb. cheddar cheese

Saute sausage and onions; drain on paper towel. Layer 9"x13" pan with dinner rolls. Mix eggs, same as for scrambled eggs, complete with salt and pepper. Grate 3/4 pound cheese into eggs, add sausage and onions. Pour over crescent rolls and bake 30 to 35 minutes. Grate 1/4 pound cheddar over the top before baking.
