APPLES AND CARAMEL 
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. packed light brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3-4 apples

Combine cream cheese, brown sugar and vanilla in serving bowl; mix well. Cut apples into 1/2 inch slices just before serving. Serve apples with dip. Yield 8-10 servings. This recipe always stumps the guests as they cannot figure out what is in it. Super fruit dip.
