5 LBS. CHOCOLATE FUDGE 
5 c. sugar
2 sm. cans Carnation milk
2 sticks butter
1/8 tsp. salt
18 oz. Nestle's chocolate bits
1 pt. Kraft marshmallow creme
1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
1 tsp. vanilla

Boil for 10 minutes stirring constantly the sugar, milk, butter and salt. Pour over hot mixture of chocolate bits, marshmallows and nuts. Add vanilla and stir until mixture is thick. Pour into 2 (9") layer cake tins. Score, do not cut through. Garnish with nuts if desired. Cool and serve.
