CHOCOLATE FUDGE PUDDING CAKE 
1 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. granulated sugar
6 tbsp. cocoa (or Nestle's Quik)
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. melted shortening
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. brown sugar, packed

Sift flour, baking powder, salt, granulated sugar and 2 tablespoons of cocoa. Add milk, shortening and vanilla; mix only until smooth. Add nuts. Put in greased shallow 1 quart baking dish.

Mix brown sugar and remaining 4 tablespoons of cocoa. Sprinkle over mixture in baking dish. Pour 1 1/2 cups boiling water over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Has a chocolate sauce on bottom and cake on top when done.
