YOGURT AND CUCUMBER 
1 long burpless cucumber
3 c. yogurt
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. chopped scallions
1 tbsp. chopped mint
2 tbsp. dill weed
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. yellow raisins

1. Peel and grate cucumber.

2. Soak raisins in cold water for 5 minutes. Drain.

3. In a large bowl, combine yogurt, sour cream, cucumbers, scallions, mint, dill weed. Mix thoroughly and season to taste with salt and pepper.

4. Garnish with 1/2 teaspoon mint.
