BURRITOS 
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
2 cans ranch style beans
1 can ranch style beans with jalapeno peppers (discard jalapenos if desired)
1/2 chopped onion
1 tsp. Mrs. Dash regular
1/2 tsp. crushed red peppers, more if like spicier food
1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. water
1 pkg. flour tortillas

Brown meat with onion, drain grease. Add rest of ingredients. Simmer until beans are hot. If it needs to be thicker, add 1 tablespoon flour. Put desired amount of mixture on a tortilla, add a slice of cheese. Roll up. Garnish with lettuce and tomatoes. Mixture can also be used for taco salad.
