LEMON POPPY SEED BREAD 
1 pkg. lemon cake mix
1 pkg. instant lemon pudding
1/2 c. oil
1 c. water
4 eggs
1/4 c. poppy seeds

Put cake mix and lemon pudding in mixing bowl and add oil, water, and eggs. Beat well and add poppy seeds. Bake in 2 greased and floured loaf bread pans at 350 degrees 40 to 45 minutes.
