POPPY SEED LEMON BREAD | |
1 (18 1/2 oz.) lemon cake mix 4 eggs 1 c. water 1/2 c. chopped nuts, optional 1 (3 3/4 oz.) instant lemon pudding 1/2 c. vegetable oil 1/4 c. poppy seeds Pour into a bowl. Beat until mixed well. Pour into greased and floured pans. Bake at 350 degrees. If you use a large pan, then bake for 1 hour. If you use 2 small pans, then bake for 40 minutes. Slice thin and serve with cream cheese and honey. |
