LEMON POPPY SEED BREAD 
1 lemon cake mix
1 pkg. lemon instant pudding
1 c. hot water
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
1/4 c. poppy seeds

Mix all ingredients (except poppy seeds) for 3 to 4 minutes. Add poppy seeds. Pour into greased bread loaf pans. Bake in 325 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Makes 2 large loaves.
